I want to express my gratitude to the entire staff—especially Andreia—for making our stay so delightful. She was able to reassign us while we were on a group business trip, despite the fact that our rooms had been cancelled because of a misunderstanding with our supplier. She went above and beyond to provide exceptional support and prevent the group from splitting. Many thanks to Andreia and Novotel!

What a lovely hotel! Superbly located near the Crucible and winter gardens. We received a great welcome and a really nice touch of cakes and an anniversary card in our room ( thank you so much) and swan towels on the bed too! All staff we met were so friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the swim in the pool, although it’s quite small it’s lovely and warm. Great breakfast too. Thank you for making our two night break away even more special!

Room was spacious and comfortable, great to have access to the Pool. Very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast could have been better for the price of the room, more tea and coffee could be provided in the room.
